Project Description:

This project is classed as an 'air space' development which involves creating an additional storey above an existing building. 

​

The project involved the creation of 5 new build flats all with private balconies, including a mix of 1 and two bedroom flats. 

​

Liberty provided all of the Tender and Construction information, including submitting and monitoring of the Building Regulations application. 

​

Currently being constructed on site, finished photos to follow.
