Project Description:

Full refurbishment of ground floor level to provide a new layout for the open plan kitchen and dining room, which had been previously extended. The previous kitchen extension was outdated and provided an impractical layout for the client. 

 

The works included the removal of load bearing walls, alterations to the existing steelwork and formation of new partitions and rooms. Furthermore, a walk though utility room and WC were also created.

 

The existing extension roof was replaced entirely with a glazed roof and enlarged door openings were created to the rear facade.

Refurbishments also included the living room, hallways and family bathroom.
