Project Description:

Raising the existing ridge height to facilitate a loft conversion with L-shaped dormer. A new master bedroom with walkthrough dresser and large ensuite was created within the loft conversion.  Furthermore, the project involved the full refurbishment of the ground floor level, including structural and non-structural layout changes.
