Project Description:

New build detached dwelling with basement and loft conversion.

Working closely with the Property Developer client, we were able to maximise the potential of a tightly constrained and narrow site. The client wanted a bright, clean and modern aesthetic to appeal to the future buyer of the home. We have worked with this client on several development projects since and continue to do so.
